Tuba

The new building has 2 basements, a ground floor, and 9 upper floors. The basement levels are planned for a garage, technical rooms, and storage, while the ground floor will house a kitchen, dining area, lobby, and museum. The upper floors are designated for office spaces. The entire office section of the building is equipped with a raised (technical) floor and a suspended ceiling, through which all installations are routed.
