In NOM BIRO we design and advise. Our clients are mainly architectural offices and individual clients. In addition to planning installations for water supply, gas, heating, cooling, fire sprinklers and ventilation we are also preparing expert reports of building physics, feasibility studies of alternative systems for energy supply, economic evaluations of energy savings when replacing energy sources and electrical engineering planning. For all our projects we create accurate tenders.
Mechanical and electrical installations projects are produced for all fases in building process, from concept to project of executed works. When planning we follow the latest trends related to the use of renewable energy and sustainable building and all regulations and directives in the field of design.
When planning we use modern software AX–3000, specialized for designing mechanical installations. Due to new trends and tendencies to increase the quality of our projects we make use of a BIM design.
