Soseska Nova, a new concept of living, will be located in the center of Koper. Premium architecture and quality apartments will offer comfort, the privacy of gardens, and green atriums. The first phase involves the construction of one block, which will contain four buildings with 254 apartments and 8 commercial spaces. The building floors are designed according to the P+5+M system (Ground floor + 5 floors + Mezzanine). In the second phase of construction, a second block with 4 buildings will be added. In total, Soseska Nova will have 8 buildings, 508 apartments, and 16 commercial spaces.
