Residential Area Pod Pekrsko Gorco, Maribor

The Pod Pekrsko Gorco residential complex is a new neighborhood consisting of nine apartment buildings. It includes 400 apartments (60 of which are assisted living units), a kindergarten, a daily activity center for the elderly, and commercial and service establishments. Parking spaces are located in underground garages beneath the buildings.
