Residential & Business Building Spektra, Ljubljana
Residential and business building Spektra in Ljubljana (next to the Celovški dvori neighborhood) consists of two 85-meter-tall towers. They comprise a ground floor and 21 upper floors, making them the tallest residential towers in Slovenia. The complex includes 208 modern apartments, surrounded by green spaces and green oases on the connecting part’s surface with retail and business sections on the ground floor. Hidden from view beneath the golden twins is a four-story underground garage with 400 parking spaces.
